About Virtual Office AI
We help small businesses use AI to answer every call, follow up on every lead, and spend less time on admin, explained in plain English and built alongside you.
Chris Russo, founder
Virtual Office AI · Pelham, NY
Chris helps small businesses run leaner. He looks at how the work actually gets done, finds the extra steps, subscriptions and handoffs that aren't earning their keep, and replaces them with simpler systems.
Often that means a dashboard that finally shows an owner what's happening across the business and what it means for the bottom line. AI is how he builds these systems quickly and affordably, and you own them: you pay once, not every month forever.
He runs the weekly webinars himself and works directly with every client, so you talk to the person who actually builds your systems.
What we believe
Plain English
No jargon. If we can't explain it simply, we haven't understood your business well enough yet.
Real implementation
Advice is cheap. We set the tools up, connect them to how you already work, and make sure they run.
Own your tools
Where it makes sense, we build tools you own outright instead of adding another monthly subscription.
How we work
- 1
Free assessment
A 30-minute call where we learn how your business runs and where time and money are leaking.

Your AI plan
A short, plain-English plan: what to automate first, which tools to use, and what it will cost.
- 3
We implement it with you
We set it up, train your team, and stay on to adjust it as your business changes.
Where we work
We're based in Pelham, NY, in Westchester County, and work with businesses across the United States. Most work happens over Zoom and phone; for clients in the New York area we can also meet on-site.
