Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, software platforms, CRM systems, automation services, AI tools, voice services, messaging services, and related digital properties (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Virtual Office CRM LLC.

Summary of Services & Responsibilities
Virtual Office CRM LLC provides CRM software, marketing automation, conversational AI, voice AI, SMS messaging, and related technical services.
- Account setup typically takes up to five (5) business days.
- Client is responsible for all third-party advertising spend.
- Client is responsible for all carrier, SMS, MMS, and voice usage fees.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
Fees & Payments
All fees are billed in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled with at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Usage-based fees may include, but are not limited to:
- A2P Registration (Sole Proprietor): $22.50
- A2P Registration (LLC / EIN): $53.50
- Outgoing Calls: $0.021 per minute
- Incoming Calls: $0.0128 per minute
- SMS: $0.0119 per segment
Voice, SMS & TCPA Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements. Virtual Office CRM LLC does not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtual Office CRM LLC from any claims, fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from your use of voice or messaging services.
SMS Messaging Program
- You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- To rejoin the SMS program, you must sign up again through the original opt-in method.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services. Please consult your wireless provider for details regarding your mobile plan and applicable charges. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ownership, Use & Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, automation logic, AI prompts, designs, and systems provided by Virtual Office CRM LLC remain our exclusive intellectual property.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or distribute any portion of the Services without prior written consent.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis with no guarantees of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services for violations of these Terms, misuse, or non-payment.
